Everything there were amazing, including comfortablefacilities. Attentive staff members, a nice size rooms with views of the KLCC park and the iPad and super comfy beds. Excellent services, the free parking was available nearby. Ideal location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from a major shopping center. The hotel of choice in Kuala Lumpur.

The room is well-appointed and top-class and the bed is very comfy. The location is magnificent and perfect as it's close enough to shopping centre in Petronas Twin Tours and car or public transport and a mall.

the hotel was beautiful and absolutely fantastic and located in a pretty nice area. the room was spacious and luxurious with modern features and views of the klcc park and 2 queen bed, had a good night's sleep. the breakfast was excellent and included. the location was great for walking around suria klcc shopping mall. a bakery and department stores were right next door. the staff was very-very nice - we would definitely return here.

Clean hotel, facilities are new, and the location is fantastic close to the station. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cheap with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television are available.

It had marvellous location with access to twin skyscrapers nearby. There was a great restaurant, a bakery and department shops next door.

Well-appointed and top quality rooms, that have essentials you need. Overall the staff is extremely friendly and amazingly friendly. It has excellent and perfect location close to shops, in a wonderful area.

The staff was motivated and polite, the breakfast offered was amazing with a wide array of food. Booked a deluxe room, that included climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

A great selection of products for a delicious breakfast. Comfy bed in the deluxe room, plus a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and satellite TV. The best and exceptionally nice location in such a heavily congested area, easy to get around...

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the room decoration to the spa services and even the evening tea. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special, with a surprise birthday cake and a small gift from the spa. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing for easy access to the city center and other cafes. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with super comfy beds and amazing views of the park. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus!
